A new urban quarter for the south of Neu-Isenburg

The urban quarter offers a diverse mix of uses including apartments, offices, restaurants, hotels, daycare centers and retail. The plans also provide for public spaces, including a district park measuring around 6,000 m².

We are delighted to have witnessed the start of this neighbourhood development with the completion of the shell of the neighbourhood car park and the Neue Welt car park (residential and commercial building).
