GP Con realized the FRA18-22 building complex with more than ten new data centers and an IT area of around 100,000 m², with the individual buildings divided into the sequence FRA18, 20, 21, 22 and 19.

Special features and challenges
of the construction process

Large number of different dimensions required for prefabricated elements due to building geometry
More complex and longer production lead times and greater dependencies due to the need for different formwork sets
Connection of the foundations with bored piles, on which the floor slab will later be concreted
600 bored piles with a diameter of 1 m and a depth of up to 23 m
Fast, successful solution making process through targeted exchange between designers, client and GP Con
Maximum standardization and therefore even more economical and low-risk design
